Our Story
Haskins Property Contracting was founded in 2022 by Payton Sund, but the experience behind it goes back much further — more than a decade of fence building, tree work, exterior remodeling, and running equipment on job sites around northwest Ohio. HPC started because too many property owners were getting the same story from contractors: a quote that changed, a schedule that slipped, and a crew that vanished before cleanup.
We built the company around fixing that. Fencing is installed by our own crews, not subcontracted. Estimates are free, in writing, and honest about what a job actually takes. The phone is answered from 7AM to 9PM every day of the week, including Sundays, which is when a lot of storm damage gets discovered.
Because we handle site work, fencing, tree service, and exterior contracting, most of our customers can use one contractor from the first cut of dirt to the last piece of trim. That is what "property solutions" means on our logo — not a slogan, just fewer phone numbers for you to keep track of.
Our Mission
To be the contractor Holland and Greater Toledo property owners call first — and recommend to their neighbors — by doing skilled work at a fair price, communicating clearly, and treating every property like it is on our own street.
