Storm Damage? Start With the Fence

Northwest Ohio wind and ice take out fence sections every year — a limb drops across a run, a gust catches a 6-foot privacy panel, a post that was already rotted finally snaps. Because we answer the phone 7AM to 9PM seven days a week, we can usually get out to look at a damaged fence quickly and get the yard secure again.

If a tree is still sitting on the fence, we handle that too, and we clear it and rebuild the run in one visit instead of coordinating two contractors.

What We Repair

Posts — replacing snapped, rotted, or heaved posts and resetting them properly in concrete below frost depth.

Sections and panels — swapping damaged panels, replacing broken pickets, and re-fastening rails that have pulled loose.

Gates — re-hanging sagging gates, re-squaring frames, adding bracing or an anti-sag kit, and replacing worn hinges and latches.

Chain-link — re-stretching bellied fabric, replacing tension bars and bands, and straightening bent line posts.

Repair or Replace? We Will Tell You Straight

If one section of an otherwise solid fence came down, a repair is the smarter money and we will say so. When posts are rotted through along the whole line, patching it just buys a season — at that point we quote tear-out, disposal, and a new fence so you are not paying twice.

Either way you get a written, itemized estimate before we start, with insurance documentation if you are filing a storm-damage claim.
